Shipping
Any order shipped by Outdoor Kitchen Distributors, Inc will be shipped via United Parcel Service
"Standard Ground" to the address you provide. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Orders under $100.00 will be
charged $9.95 for shipping within the continental United States. Orders over $125.00 will be shipped
freight free within the continental United States. COD shipments are not available. Areas outside the
continental US are subject to additional freight costs. UPS Next Day and Second Day Air shipments are
available at additional cost. UPS shipments will be confirmed along with a UPS Tracking Number to the
email address you provide.
Delivery Time
Most orders will be shipped within two working days of receipt of order for in stock items. If an item
is not in stock, you will be notified of the delay by e-mail.
Return Policy
Unused items may be returned in their original packaging in resalable condition freight prepaid within
30 days of the purchase date with credit issued to your credit card. To maintain accuracy in the
processing of your return, please contact us prior to the return to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA). You will be asked the reason for the return, if this is to be exchanged
for another part or if a credit is to be issued. Also include a copy of the packing slip information
and credit card information. Items returned without an RMA will be refused. Shipping charges are non-
refundable.
Safety
Please observe all instructions and safety precautions provided in your owner's manual. Natural gas
and propane gas can be dangerous if not properly handled . You must use a sealer approved for natural
gas or propane gas if you are changing any component that gas travels through, such as, but not limited
to, hoses, regulators, manifolds, and valves.
Also note that we do not sell any conversion kits or orifices to convert your grill from one fuel to
another.
